从马斯洛需求层次论看饭店餐饮服务质量的改进

饭店餐饮服务质量的好坏决定着餐饮企业的顾客满意度,决定了企业的利润,因此,提升饭店餐饮服务质量刻不容缓．从餐饮企业的角度来说,马斯洛需求层次理论也界定了餐饮服务需求的层次,认真分析饭店餐饮服务需求的不同层次以及不同层次的服务存在的问题,对提升饭店餐饮服务质量有着极其重要的意义．     

基于企业需求的高职人才能力结构分析

本研究通过文献梳理、招聘广告分析、深度访谈及问卷调查相结合的方式，运用SPSS17．0统计软件对搜集到的66家企业数据进行探索性因子分析，发现企业对高职人才能力的需求由认知能力、学习能力、思维能力、创新能力、实践能力、心理调适能力等6个一级维度和28个具体的二级测评项目构成，并构建了企业需求视角下的高职人才能力结构模型。     

Training Needs of Coastal Resources Decision Makers in Ohio's Lake Erie Basin

This article describes results from a study focused on informational and knowledge needs of local coastal resources decision makers in the Ohio Lake Erie basin. New information was obtained through a series of focus groups of local decision makers and key training providers in the basin. The results suggest that training providers and local coastal resources decision makers have differing perceptions of knowledge and information needs and training venues. The results suggest a role for state and federal agency training providers as coordinators and facilitators of an enhanced learning network among decision makers, including support of an information clearinghouse, adoption of appropriate e-based learning modalities, and regionally based learning and practice networks to improve the function of the training market to meet local decision maker needs.     

机动性管理措施的质量管理——促进城市交通可持续发展的方案

机动性管理一直是欧洲促进和实现城市交通可持续发展普遍采用的方法。然而,机动性管理政策和措施在欧洲城市的发展未能遵循一个有组织且持续的方法,用以规划、设计、应用和评估综合机动性管理系统。在这一背景下,基于质量管理原则,提出一个促进城市系统地发展及实施机动性管理规划和措施的方案。这一机动性管理的质量管理方案（QMSMM）由4个主要组成成分整合而成,包括政策制定、规划、实施及监测和评估。详细阐述了QMSMM的结构、组成成分和要素,以及支撑评估该方案与城市的适用性和相容性的过程。除此之外,对QMSMM在比利时科特赖克市机动性管理计划中的应用开展实证研究。     

一种实时轨道监测无线传感器网络与服务模型研究

列车在运行时,对轨道和路基等的承载设施进行全面监测并将获取的信息实时传送给机车操控人员和列车运行监控记录装置具有重要的科研和实用意义。以此为背景,本文建立一种多网关移动条件下对线路进行实时监测的无线传感器网络模型,描述网络的结构、定义传感数据生成的服务等级划分规则和数据的传输流程。提出一种在网关运动条件下基于相对位置信息的网络功率控制方法并进行相应的通信协议设计。仿真结果表明,在选择合理的底层通信协议的条件下,该网络能够保证监测数据的可靠传输,并满足节能和实时性要求。     

Integrating transport and land-use planning? How steering cultures in local authorities affect implementation of integrated public transport and land-use planning

Previous research has shown integrated planning to be important for achieving aims concerning more environmentally friendly transport operations, but less good at explaining prerequisites of implementation. This paper analyses how management and working practises in local authorities, here understood as steering cultures, affect implementation of integrated land-use and public transport planning approaches. The analysis builds on case studies of planning in two Swedish municipalities. These have developed two antithetical steering cultures, namely one that can be described as deliberative and one that can be described as sectorised. The paper describes the advantages and disadvantages of these steering cultures. The findings show the deliberative model to facilitate integration through advanced mechanisms of consensus and co-ordination between policy-makers and officials. The sectorised model has no such mechanisms, but this need not result in poor prospects of integrated planning. It is important for integrated planning approaches, whatever the steering culture, to be in line with the institutionalised norms and objectives by which planning practices are governed. Integration therefore needs a normative component, so as to ensure implementation. The important normative component in this context can be construed as discourses and rationales concerning transport and the urban development of which public transport forms part.     

基于交通大数据的移动模式分析综述

交通大数据可为揭示交通主体显性出行行为背后的深层规律（即移动模式）提供重要基础。精确掌握大数据驱动下交通主体的移动模式，可为需求预测、客流组织、土地利用、事件管理等应用提供理论依据。交通大数据主体繁多、时空多态、关联性复杂的特性迫使小数据时代下的移动模式分析方法转型和升级，但仍可能遇到移动模式一致性表达难、异常类型检测难、复杂关联性表达难、时空多态性建模难、一体可视化分析难等普遍问题。针对这些问题，利用科学知识图谱，对2010~2020年期间3 747篇文献的热点关键词分布、发表趋势分布、出版刊物分布等特点进行归纳总结，结合常见的移动模式分析数据集，系统综述现有研究在移动模式常态分析、非常态分析、关联分析、预测分析和可视化分析方向上的阶段性进展。其中，移动模式常态分析综述了个体活动特性分析、出行类别划分、特定群体分析等应用的研究进展。移动模式非常态分析综述了基于模板匹配和数据驱动的非常态事件检测方法的发展脉络。移动模式关联分析综述了面向不同数据源的关联特性检测方法的发展近况。移动模式预测分析综述了基于数理统计和数据驱动的交通属性预测方法的发展状况。移动模式可视化分析综述了用户交互设计、移动模式宏观可视化、微观可视化和整体可视化的发展近况。最后，系统总结各个分支方向面临的主要问题与挑战，并从数据整合、模型创新、机制变革等角度提炼移动模式分析研究的未来发展趋势，期望为后续研究采用新理论技术开展移动模式分析提供参考。     

Beyond “Peak Car”: A reflection on the evolution of public sentiment about the role of cars in cities

In this volume, Jones has made a persuasive case for considering recently observed reductions in car use (and sometimes car ownership) in a number of major northern cities as part of an evolutionary process, rather than the consequence of transient conditions such as the economic downturn of 2008 and its relatively slow recovery. In an era bringing new service models for mobility and communications that have important implications for safety, security, the environment and well-being, he points to the role of public attitudes and sentiments that may underlie changing policy priorities and an associated culture change with respect to transport in cities and the reclamation of street space. This paper briefly explores the role of public sentiments and reflects on the apparent emergence of a popular subculture that favors living, if possible, without owning or using cars, in contrast to older subcultures embracing more extreme sentiments that are either Car-centered or emphatically anti-car.

城市公共交通无障碍设施一体化实施对策研究

公共交通无障碍设施的建设是以人为本、公交优先的具体体现,亦是城市功能和品质提升的必然要求。论文探讨了公共交通与可持续机动性的关系,并在分析公共交通无障碍建设的服务对象和内涵的基础上,针对我国城市公共交通无障碍设施的建设现状,从设施配置、工程设计、运营管理等方面提出公共交通无障碍设施一体化的实施对策。
