In this paper, the spray and combustion characteristics of diesel/butanol-blended fuels were studied within a high-temperature and high-pressure constant volume chamber equipped with a single-hole injector. 主要研究了不同喷射压力下喷孔形状对内流及喷雾特性的影响。在可视化试验中,采用了3 种喷孔出口直径一致但喷孔形状不同的比例放大透明喷嘴,分析比较了不同形状喷孔内的空化及喷雾特性。研究发现,在圆柱形和渐扩形喷孔中都有空化发生,而渐缩孔中却没有。在同样的喷射条件下,渐缩孔的流量系数却是最高。研究结果表明空化在孔内溃灭时,会增加流动湍流度,但对喷雾锥角影响较小,当空化发展到喷孔出口并溃灭时,会使得喷雾锥角显著增加。试验中还观察了水力柱塞流现象,推测其产生的原因是边界层分离后回流区的再附着点达到了喷孔出口。结合数值模拟方法,验证了试验结果的分析。 相似文献
