CAE技术在轿车车门密封条结构优化中的应用

为了解决某轿车车门密封条压缩负荷超标的问题．采用非线性有限元软件MSC．Marc对其进行了结构分析和优化设计。结果表明，导致密封条压缩负荷超标的主要原因是下泡管的壁厚及其形状。结构优化后的密封条压缩负荷比原结构降低了6．6N，能够满足大众汽车企业标准要求。
