固体氧化物燃料电池船舶动力系统的动态仿真(英文)

Solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) has been identified as an effective and clean alternative choice for marine power system. This paper emphasizes on the dynamic modeling of SOFC power system and its performance based upon marine operating circumstance. A SOFC power system model has been provided considering thermodynamic and electrochemical reaction mechanism. Subcomponents of lithium ion battery, power conditioning unit, stack structure and controller are integrated in the model. The dynamic response of the system is identified according to the inertia of its subcomponent and controller. Validation of the whole system simulation at steady state and transit period are presented, concerning the effects of thermo inertia, control strategy and seagoing environment. The simulation results show reasonable accuracy compare with lab test. The models can be used to predict performance of a SOFC power system and identify the system response when part of the component parameter is adjusted.

薄壁构件的抗碰撞吸能

以金属薄壁构件为例,研究其薄壁构件沿轴向压缩的历程,在给出薄壁构件的材料模型和有限元模型之后,用碰撞大变形有限元软件PAM-CRASH进行仿真,并对薄壁构件的截面对能量的吸收情况进行了分析,对正方形截面的单元胞和多元胞薄壁结构进行了吸能仿真分析,并对薄壁构件这种能量吸收结构提出建议.     

Scale-invariant occupancy of phase space and additivity of nonextensive entropy <Emphasis Type="Italic">S</Emphasis><Subscript><Emphasis Type="Italic">q</Emphasis></Subscript>

Phase space can be constructed for N equal and distinguishable binary subsystems which are correlated in a scale-invariant manner. In the paper, correlation coefficient and reduced probability are introduced to characterize the scale-invariant correlated binary subsystems. Probabilistic sets for the correlated binary subsystems satisfy Leibnitz triangle rule in the sense that the marginal probabilities of N-system are equal to the joint probabilities of the (N −1)-system. For entropic index q ≠ 1, nonextensive entropy S _q is shown to be additive in the scale-invariant occupation of phase space.     

具有锯齿式内翅片结构的EGR冷却器换热性能仿真分析

文章对适用于某柴油发动机的板翅式EGR冷却器进行了研究。此冷却器内部由六组扁管组成,扁管内含有锯齿式小翅片。当从发动机排出的高温气体途经此EGR冷却器时,低温冷却水从液体侧流过,实现了对高温气体的冷却。文章应用Ansys Fluent软件建立了EGR冷却器流体热力学有限元模型,对流体的温度场进行了仿真分析,最终经分析计算得到此EGR冷却器的换热效率为89.06%,结果表明所研究的EGR冷却器冷却效果良好,能够满足冷却要求。     

江南造船厂胜利完成新世纪首次修理任务——“远望二号”顺利交船

“远望二号“船于4月1日进入江南造船厂至7月8日试航.在这短短的100天里,胜利完成新世纪首次修理任务,这是军民携手,军民共建的又一次成果. 远望二号的整个修理工程可以简要归纳为4个阶段: 第一阶段:对水下工程、首侧推、减摇鳍、舵系、海底阀进行拆检工作,特别是对首侧推、舵机的全面检查分解. 第二阶段:以锅炉点火为节点,全面进行了系泊试验,主要对各类泵浦、电机、汽轮发电机和停泊发电机的系泊试验. 第三阶段:进行了首侧推、减摇鳍、舵系、海底阀等水下工程的安装、标校以及船壳涂装工作. 第四阶段:扫尾工作,准备试航.     

基于自适应控制的船舶拖缆机模型研究

设计一种拖缆机自适应控制模型，它通过神经元构造PID控制器在线调整其控制参数，自动调整因缆绳拉力急剧变化而产生的倾覆力矩，适应海浪大惯性，非线性的特点，可以广泛应用于拖船上的拖缆机械。

基于HART总线的雷达式货油舱监测系统应用雷达、红外等非接触测量设备，并通过CAN总线网络构建监测系统，主要应用于油船货油舱综合监测、化学品船货液舱综合监测以及其他要求高精度测量液位的场合。
