用HPV L_1区共有引物及PCR技术检查人尖锐湿疣和子宫颈癌中的HPV

根据HPV6、11、16、18、31、33型L1ORF高度保守区的基因序列设计合成了一对HPVL1区共有引物。该引物除与上述六型有很高的同源性外还可覆盖其它已知的20多型与女性肛生殖区感染有关的HPV。用该引物及PCR技术对一组计144例活检标本进行检测，结果显示：病理确诊的尖锐湿疣、子宫颈癌及外阴癌组织、正常宫颈标本中HPVDNA序列检出率分别为100％（55／55）、70％（28／40）和13．3％（2／15）。另外，34例临床诊断而未被病理证实的尖锐湿疣HPV－DNA亦呈阳性，说明在对这类病变进行病理诊断时有必要进行病原学检测。

多抗乙素可增强特异性细胞毒T细胞活性──在体动物实验

利用Ｃ５７ＢＬ／６纯系小鼠，皮下接种Ｓ１８０肉瘤细胞建立肿瘤模型，并用多抗乙素进行治疗，结果显示，治疗组肿瘤体积明显小于对照组（０．６６ｃｍ３／１．４８ｃｍ３Ｐ＜０．０５）。以脾细胞为效应细胞，Ｓ１８０肉瘤细胞为靶细胞，检测细胞毒活性，发现治疗组有较高的特异性细胞毒活性（１８０，３１１溶解单位／１３８溶解单位Ｐ＜０．０１）。结合以往的体内外实验结果，推测多抗乙素能够增强特异性细胞毒性Ｔ细胞活性。     

多抗乙素对小鼠S_(180)肉瘤中免疫活性细胞浸润的影响

曾经证明多抗乙素有明显的抑瘤作用。本文以小鼠实验性S_(180)肉瘤为模型观察了多抗乙素对肿瘤组织内和肿瘤周围Mφ、L_3T_4~- 及Lyt_2~-细胞的影响,同时观察了肿瘤坏死组织周围中性粒细胞浸润及小血管内血栓形成的改变。结果提示:Pb治疗组,肿瘤周围及肿瘤内浸润的L_3T_4~-和Lyt_2~-细胞显著增多,说明Pb可诱导肿瘤组织中淋巴细胞浸润;肿瘤组织的坏死灶周围明显充血、小血管血栓形成显著增加,并有带状中性粒细胞浸润。这些改变与TNF介导的肿瘤组织损伤相符,提示Pb的抑瘤作用主要是通过免疫活性细胞产生的TNF实现的。     

基于CapsNet模型的过程故障识别研究

为了实现过程故障的识别诊断,文章使用CapsNet模型训练数据。首先,运用网络模型的空间特性,以向量的形式对训练数据进行特征表示、归一化处理。然后,进行卷积操作,在动态一致路由更新上进行故障分类。最后,增加重构模块来对输入数据矩阵反馈修正,降低损失误差,使网络快速收敛。同时,在每一层网络进行特征可视化,能清楚看到每一层网络特征图的变化。实验结果表明,文章模型的过程故障识别性能优于其他神经网络模型。

人膀胱移行细胞癌细胞株BLZ-211的生物学特性

以膀胱移行细胞癌患者的肿瘤标本为材料建立了１株克隆性膀胱癌细胞株ＢＬＺ－２１１,体外培养３年多,传代１５０次,没有支原体污染。生物学特性鉴定：光镜和超微结构显示该细胞具有膀胱移行细胞癌细胞特征。细胞接种裸鼠形成的移植肿瘤与手术标本病理形态一致。染色体众数６３,有特异性的ＬＤＨ同功酶谱,有ｐ１６基因的正常扩增条带。结果提示ＢＬＺ－２１１细胞株是一个研究人膀胱移行细胞癌细胞生物学的实用模型。     

Perspectives of the Expert and Experienced on Challenges to Regional Adaptation for Sea Level Rise: Implications for Multisectoral Readiness and Boundary Spanning

This study focuses on adaptation to sea level rise (SLR) in the specific context of the Hampton Roads region of southeastern coastal Virginia. It analyzes the perspectives of stakeholders who are experts in and have experience with SLR to develop an informed understanding of the region’s ability to address SLR and its readiness to pursue adaptation using a whole-of-community approach. A survey of the expert and experienced reveals (1) what they prioritized as the top three most challenging phases of regional adaptation and (2) what issues within those priority areas were the most pressing. Our findings point to the importance of meso- and micro-level boundary spanning across organizations and the whole of the community to ensure that multiple organizations and individuals in a region can be engaged in adaptation. Finally, this work briefly discusses how boundary-spanning approaches can provide a region a pathway toward overcoming barriers to effective climate-related adaptation.     

真核表达人乳头瘤病毒16型L_1蛋白在检测宫颈癌患者相应抗体的应用

用真核表达HPV16L1蛋白为抗原，酶联免疫吸附测定64例宫颈癌患者血清和阴道分泌物的相应抗体，并用型特异性聚合酶键反应检测宫颈癌组织HPV16L1基因。结果：宫颈癌组血清HPV16L1抗体阳性年64．1％，对照组20．8％；宫颈癌组阴道分泌物HPV16L1抗体阳性率64.1％，对照组25％；宫颈癌组HPV16L1基因检出率为42．2％，对照组10％。有显著差异（P＜0．01）。结论：高危型HPV感染，宫颈癌患者有明显免疫反应，全身和局部无明显差异，真核表达HPV16L1蛋白可用于宫颈癌患者的抗体测定。
