信号控制下交叉口延误计算方法研究

为了对交通信号控制参数进行优化,需要对交叉口延误进行定量的分析与计算。根据信号控制交叉口理论,在以往定时信号延误研究的基础上,基于交叉口一个进口方向的车辆延误分析,针对交叉口各进口方向同时处于非饱和与同时处于过饱和交通状况,分析并推导了交叉口延误公式.并用具体的算例说明了公式的用法。公式表明了交叉口延误与信号控制参数、车辆到达率等参数之间的动态关系,为进一步研究交通信号自适应控制方法和建立交通信号控制参数优化的性能指标函数提供了信息。     

Liner shipping network design with emission control areas: A genetic algorithm-based approach

To curb emissions, containerized shipping lines face the traditional trade-off between cost and emissions (CO₂ and SO_x) reduction. This paper considers this element in the context of liner service design and proposes a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model based on a multi-commodity pickup and delivery arc-flow formulation. The objective is to maximize the profit by selecting the ports to be visited, the sequence of port visit, the cargo flows between ports, as well as the number/operating speeds of vessels on each arc of the selected route. The problem also considers that Emission Control Areas (ECAs) exist in the liner network and accounts for the vessel carrying capacity. In addition to using the MILP solver of CPLEX, we develop in the paper a specific genetic algorithm (GA) based heuristic and show that it gives the possibility to reach an optimal solution when solving large size instances.     

Improving maritime inventory routing: application to a Brazilian petroleum case

The crude oil offloading and supply problem (COSP) is a type of operation maritime inventory routing (MIR) problem encountered by petroleum companies. In COSP, the company not only is responsible for the ship scheduling to carry the crude oil from production sites to discharge ports but also must maintain inventory levels at both ports (production and consumption) between safety operational bounds to avoid disruptions in its crude oil production and/or refining processes. We show how to improve significantly the decision-making process in a Brazilian petroleum company using a mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) model to represent COSP. Comparison tests with a current ship-scheduling method adopted in the company indicated that the use of the MILP model increased the transportation efficiency and reduced costs by 20% on average. In addition to the quantitative gains, the use of a MILP model to solve COSP has succeeded when encountering real-life events, such as variation in production or consumption rates, berth unavailability, and changes in the storage capacities at ports.

Geometric Nonlinear Formulation for a Rectangular Plate with Large Deformation

Absolute nodal coordinate formulation for a rectangular plate with large deformation was improved. Based on nonlinear elastic theory, a precise strain expression is used to derive the equations of motion. Both shear strain and transverse normal strain are taken into account. Different from the previous absolute nodal coordinate formulation, the absolute nodal coordinates, which describe the displacement and slope of the element nodes, are separated into three parts: the absolute nodal coordinates in X, Y and Z directions, respectively, so that the dimension of the mass, stiffness and force matrices is reduced. Furthermore, by using constant matrices, which can be calculated and saved before simulation, the nonlinear stiffness matrices can be calculated by matrix multiplication for each time step, so that the computational efficiency can be improved. Finally, simulation example of a rectangular plate with large deformation was used to verify the accuracy and efficiency of the present formulation.

票价对轻轨分担率的影响研究——以广州市萝岗轻轨为例

为研究不同的定价策略下轻轨对其影响范围内不同人群的吸引力大小,运用多项 Logit 模型效用最大化理论,并以广州市萝岗轻轨为例,在大量居民出行调查数据基础上,对模型进行参数标定,分析比较小汽车出行﹑电单车、常规公交出行﹑轻轨交通出行4者的效用比,最终确定目标年不同票价政策下各种交通方式的分担率。

根据轿车消费者的切实需求,指出建立国内衡量车内空间大小的测量项目统一标准的必要性,并参考SAE标准中对轿车车内空间尺寸参数的定义,兼顾实际测量的可行性和便利性,制订出一种车内空间尺寸测量项目的规范,并根据该规范对部分国产轿车的车内空间进行了测量,验证了该规范的合理性和所推荐测量方法的有效性,同时给出了具有实际参考价值的测量结果.
