摩托车检测项目中明确规定了摩托车头盔护目镜检测时的技术要求,其中规定质量(1±0.1)g的球形铅弹要以140~170m/s的速度冲击摩托车头盔护目镜,以检测摩托车头盔护目镜的强度是否满足要求。摩托车乘员头盔护目镜强度检测系统可以实现初速度在140~170m/s的稳定性能,并且初速度可调,该试验设备技术参数稳定,重复性好,操作方便,安全可靠,能较好地满足试验标准的技术指标要求。  相似文献

This paper presents an eye and iris detection algorithm for human facial images. The authors combine three features of the eye to develop the algorithm: 1) the pixels surrounding the eyes are more variable than other parts of the face; 2) eye pixels are darker than their neighbors; 3) eyes often exhibit radial symmetric properties. Through the first feature, two rough regions of both eyes are detected on the face. Eye masks are then formed based on the second feature, and a fast radial symmetry transform is applied to the two rough regions of both eyes. Finally, accurate iris centers are located by searching the maximum value of the radial symmetry transform results. Using 450 human facial images from the Caltech face database, experiments show that the success rate of the proposed method is 91.7%. The effectiveness of the method was also verified through detection of video frames.  相似文献

An experiment was conducted to find the variability of driver eye movement according to different driving experience.An eye tracking system was used to study the regularity of driver eye movements, such as fixation duration, variations of fixation points, and the distribution of glance zone.It was found that driving experience had a significant effect on driver eye movement behavior.The percentage of fixation duration to total glance time for inexperienced drivers was 61.5%, while the percentage for experienced drivers was 50.2%.Moreover, the majority of drivers paid attention to the left region of the field of view more frequently than the central and the right regions.This study indicates that it takes inexperienced drivers more time to recognize traffic signs.The findings from this study will assist traffic engineers in designing and installing the traffic signs in an optimal way.  相似文献

有效防止和监督驾驶员疲劳驾驶,对降低交通事故具有重要意义。文章提出了一种基于眼睛状态识别的驾驶员疲劳状态的识别方法。首先通过计算累计背景和当前帧的差分图像的质心确定脸部范围,然后采用了二值边缘图像的人眼定位方法,计算出眼睛区域的面积和持续闭合时间,依据PERCLOS准则,判断驾驶员是否处于疲劳状态。实验表明,系统能够实时准确地定位人眼及检测眼睛的开闭状态,从而有效地检测驾驶员的疲劳程度。  相似文献

交通标志的视认直接影响行车安全。将眼动仪EMR-8B应用到交通安全研究领域中,从影响交通标志视认性的外部因素出发,以大量的现场行车实验为研究手段,探讨了在不同行车速度下,光线条件对交通标志可视距离的影响。并进行了相关性分析。研究结果表明,交通标志的可视距离随车速的提高而降低;同一实验车速,顺光条件下标志的视认性最佳,其次为夜间反光标志,逆光条件下的标志视认性较差。  相似文献

Developing a valid measurement of mental fatigue remains a big challenge and would be beneficial for various application areas, such as the improvement of road traffic safety. In the present study we examined influences of mental fatigue on the dynamics of saccadic eye movements. Based on previous findings, we propose that among amplitude and duration of saccades, the peak velocity of saccadic eye movements is particularly sensitive to changes in mental fatigue. Ten participants completed a fixation task before and after 2 h of driving in a virtual simulation environment as well as after a rest break of fifteen minutes. Driving and rest break were assumed to directly influence the level of mental fatigue and were evaluated using subjective ratings and eye movement indices. According to the subjective ratings, mental fatigue was highest after driving but decreased after the rest break. The peak velocity of saccadic eye movements decreased after driving while the duration of saccades increased, but no effects of the rest break were observed in the saccade parameters. We conclude that saccadic eye movement parameters—particularly the peak velocity—are sensitive indicators for mental fatigue. According to these findings, the peak velocity analysis represents a valid on-line measure for the detection of mental fatigue, providing the basis for the development of new vigilance screening tools to prevent accidents in several application domains.  相似文献
