研究驾驶人对驾驶辅助系统(ADAS)的接受程度及其影响因素,有利于ADAS的推广和功能改善.招募46名被试,分2次驾驶未安装和安装有ADAS的车辆,行驶于武汉市典型道路各105km,并完成驾驶人基本信息和关于ADAS接受程度问卷.基于技术接受模型(TAM)分析驾驶人对ADAS的接受程度,应用方差分析方法研究驾驶人对ADAS接受程度的影响因素.结果表明,43名驾驶人对ADAS的接受程度均值为80.9%(SD=0.191);驾驶人的性别、年龄和驾驶经验对ADAS的接受程度没有显著性影响;ADAS类别对驾驶人的接受程度有显著性影响,驾驶人对于FCW系统的接受程度较高,而对LDW系统接受程度较低;道路类型对驾驶人的接受程度也有显著性影响,驾驶人在城市道路上对ADAS的接受程度最低.  相似文献

从小汽车到共享单车参与的出行模式转变是解决交通与环境问题的有效方法之一.本文通过对南京市 308名小汽车出行者进行问卷调查,探讨了共享单车影响下心理因素对小汽车出行模式转移的影响.通过建立改进后的技术接受模型,研究了感知有用性,感知易用性和感知健康价值对共享单车的态度,以及对出行方式转移意愿的影响.结果表明,通过作用于共享单车的态度,感知健康价值和感知易用性对转移意愿产生积极影响,感知有用性则产生直接的积极影响.共享单车可以在短途出行中替代小汽车,中距离下出行者最有可能受到激励从小汽车用户转变为潜在的共享单车接驳公共交通使用者,而长距离下共享单车较难影响小汽车出行者的出行方式选择.  相似文献

Objective To investigate the anti-tumor effect and mechanism of tamoxifen on rat C6 glioma cells. Methods C6 cells were cultured in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (DMEM) with 3% fetal calf serum (FCS), and treated with tamoxifen of different concentrations, i.e. group A (1.25 μmol/L), group B (2.50 μmol/L), group C (5. 00 μmol/L), group D (10. 00 μmol/L), group E (20. 00 μmol/L) and control group (0. 00 μmol/L). Morphological changes, MTT assay and 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuriding labeling ratio were assessed. Apoptosis was observed by flow cytometry. Results C6 cells treated with different doses of tamoxifen for 24, 48, and 72 hours became irregular in shape, while cells treated with vehicle grew normally. MTT assay showed that tamoxifen did not suppress C6 cell growth until 72 hours after treatment. Seventy-two hours after treatment, there were significant differences in cell viable rate between group A versus groups C, D and E; so did group B versus group D as well as group E (P〈 0.05 ). BrdU incorporation assay indicated significant difference of BrdU labbled index (BrdU LI) among groups A, C, E and control group 48 hoers after treatment (P〈0.05). And the BrdU LI decreased with the increased concentration of tamoxifen. Flow cytometry (FCM) showed significant difference between treated group and control group at 24, 48, and 72 hours after treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion Tamoxifen significantly suppresses the growth of C6 glioma cells in a time- and dose-dependent manner. The mechanism of tamoxifen suppressing C6 glioma cells may be inhibiting proliferation and inducing apoptosis. Therefore, tamoxifen can be a candidate as a chemotherapy agent for glioma.  相似文献

本文观察了27例癌性胸腹水中肿瘤相关性淋巴细胞(TAL)的白细胞间介素2(IL-2)产生能力并与结核患者进行了比较。结果发现TAL产生IL-2明显低于结核组;加入8%的肿瘤相关性巨噬细胞(TAM)可抑制TAL的IL-2产生而结核组中需加16%的巨噬细胞才有抑制作用;消炎痛可逆转这种抑制。TAL可抑制PBL对PHA刺激的增殖反应。作者认为癌性渗出浓淋巴细胞功能降低与抑制性淋巴细胞的存在及TAM抑制活性增强有关。TAM的抑制作用似主要通过释放PGE而实现。  相似文献

This study examines the users’ acceptance and usage of mobile payments, focusing on the mobile ticketing technologies applied in a public transport context. We investigate the main predictors of the intention to use mobile ticketing and the relation between those predictors, considering the prominent literature on users’ technology acceptance background and extending the knowledge through an innovative contribution. The main models of reference in this study are the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the Diffusion of Innovation Model (DOI) and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. The new model that we proposed is called the Integrated Model on Mobile Payment Acceptance (IMMPA), and it was designed specifically for mobile payments in the public transport, on the basis of the models previously mentioned. It was developed by mixing the variables of the existing models and adding new ones tailored to the mobile payment/ticketing framework. The theoretical framework was tested using the Structural Equation Models. The results show that the intention to use a technology is affected by the Usefulness, Ease of use and the Security of that technology. Moreover, the Usefulness is simultaneously influenced by the Ease of use, the Compatibility with users’ values and needs and their Attitude towards mobile services. Furthermore, the model confirms the direct relation between the intention to use a technology and its actual usage. The new predictor, that is the Attitude towards mobile services, includes those requirements that every mobile ticketing payment must address in this context: complete information, further information about time and delay, speed of use, intuitive interface, and path customisation. Another new construct detected is the Security, in reference to mobile payment. Because it could represent an obstacle to mobile ticketing distribution, it must be considered by market operators. The originality of the paper addresses the realisation of a new model, the IMMPA, which was specifically designed for mobile payment in the public transport.  相似文献
