Development and prospects of initial alignment method for strap-down inertial navigation system北大核心CSCD

Initial alignment technology is directly related to the navigation accuracy and startup time of the strap-down inertial navigation system (SINS), and has always been regarded as a challenging focal point in the research field of inertial navigation. This paper makes a comprehensive survey of SINS initial alignment technology, briefly introduces the basic principles of initial alignment without latitude, coarse alignment with known latitude and precise alignment, and points out their advantages, disadvantages and applicable conditions. The research and effects of existing initial alignment error suppression techniques are then analyzed and discussed. Finally, according to the problems of existing initial alignment methods and the development requirements of the carrier, the future research direction of SINS initial alignment technology is predicted. © 2022 Journal of Clinical Hepatology. 合资铁路重组背景下省级铁路平台可持续发展对策

在铁路行业高度垄断,铁路运营普遍效益欠佳和地方政府财力有限的现实环境下,特别是国铁集团近年来大力推行“一省一公司”合资铁路重组整合的改革,对省级铁路平台的发展带来了新的巨大的问题挑战,本文结合当前在全国大力推行的合资铁路重组改革的背景,分析了省级铁路平台在改革中将面临的重大问题,包括既有投融资能力难以支撑大规模规划项目建设、已建铁路运营大规模亏损、铁路行业建设运营高度垄断严重以及铁路土地综合开发进展迟缓等一系列问题,并针对以上问题提出相关的对策建议。     

基于卡尔曼滤波的交叉口动态O-D反推模型与算法

交叉口各进出口道之间的实时转向交通量是信号控制系统重要的输入数据,也是难以获得的数据.针对已有模型收敛速度较慢、无法满足实际系统应用需要的问题,提出了基于卡尔曼滤波的状态空间模型,设计了顺序卡尔曼滤波进行求解,并采用裁切和标准化对反推结果进行了修正.实例研究表明,模型和算法具有较高的效率和准确性,能够为实时自适应信号控制系统的开发提供支持.

交通需求OD估计与预测的现状研究分析

目前，对于静态OD矩阵估计问题已经有很多研究者，对于动态OD前沿的研究工作则非常有限。关于对OD估计和预测的研究可分为封闭网络和开放网络。介绍了研究封闭网络的Bell，Van der Zijpp，Chang and Wu和Chang and Tao等人的方法，以及研究开放网络动态估计的3种方法，即Cascetta、Okutani、Ashok和Ben—Akiva等人的方法。并指出可以将OD估计问题陈述为具有不同误差特性、多个来源的不同类型信息的综合性和一致性的结合体，此联合估测就是经济计量学的混合估计的问题。

分析了我国当前区域港口建设中存在的问题,阐述了开展区域港口建设项目投资风险预警管理研究的意义,建立了区域港口建设项目投资风险预警管理系统的模型、预警指标体系及其评判方法,对珠江三角洲地区的港口建设管理提出了建议.     

Estimation of origin‐destination matrices for a multimodal public transit network

This paper presents a procedure for the estimation of origin‐destination (O‐D) matrices for a multimodal public transit network. The system consists of a number of favored public transit modes that are obtained from a modal split process in a traditional four‐step transportation model. The demand of each favored mode is assigned to the multimodal network, which is comprised of a set of connected links of different public transit modes. An entropy maximization procedure is proposed to simultaneously estimate the O‐D demand matrices of all favored modes, which are consistent with target data sets such as the boarding counts and line segment flows that are observed directly in the network. A case study of the Hong Kong multimodal transit network is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.

提出了对已知流量的路段数少于OD对的对数的路网进行OD推算，利用Logit概率多路径选择模型，建立已知流量路段的分配模型，采用迭代算法对其进行求解，并对结果进行分析，提出了大型城市网路OD推算步骤。
