There're many waysto master this language, but through reading English language newspaper, with which we have so much contact everyday, is obviously more convenient and interesting. 简析民事欺诈的法律范畴

欺诈包括欺诈者和受欺诈者两个主体,也包括欺诈产生与上当受骗的形成过程。但我国民法没有对欺诈进行明晰的界定。欺诈行为在我国民法上规定是无效民事行为,但在合同法上规定为可撤销行为。这是在程序上对契约公平的保护,同时也是契约实体缺陷的弥补。由于民事行为分为合同行为和侵权行为,所以对欺诈更需要各项特别法予以规定,以维护市场经济的秩序。
