Exchange rate and transport cost sensitivities of bilateral freight flows between the US and China

This paper explores the long-run impacts of gross domestic product, exchange rate, and transport costs on bilateral air and ocean freight flows between the US and China. The study employs a cointegration framework by using export and import data over the period of 2003:Q1-2014:Q2. Results show that gross domestic product is the key determinant of bilateral freight flows, indicating that real income of a trading partner is a driving force of the bilateral freight flows between the US and China. In examining the sensitivities of the bilateral trade flows, air freight flows are found to be more responsive to a real income change than ocean freight flows. The bilateral exchange rate is a significant factor affecting the freight flows from China to the US, suggesting that a US dollar appreciation against the Chinese yuan increases the inflows of Chinese commodities to the US. The impacts of the bilateral exchange rate and transport cost are found to vary at industry and commodity levels. These findings support the importance of employing disaggregate data in the bilateral freight flow analysis.     

基于流量-跟车率的高速公路改扩建期间通行能力研究

针对高速公路改扩建期间通行能力计算困难的问题,利用连霍高速公路陕西段改扩建期间实测数据,采用数理统计方法,得出流量-跟车率的关系模型,进而计算得出采用双侧拼接改扩建方式的高速公路前3个施工阶段基本路段的通行能力值分别为1 900,1 700和1 800pcu/(h.ln).     

基于文化粒子群网络优化算法的医学图像研究

文章提出了基于文化粒子群的网络优化算法的医学图像方法，通过在50例唇裂矫正术中运用BP神经网络进行学习．对唇部进行解剖观察和美学分析，在矫正修复手术中不断学习和调整来接近期望输出，并通过实验仿真及客观的图像提出了评估准则。实验结果表明，在美学研究基础上的基于文化粒子群BP神经网络的医学图像研究，适用于唇裂的矫正修复。

为了遏制境外新冠肺炎疫情输入风险的高发态势,中国民航总局出台了调控航班的"五个一"措施。对于中国为防疫而采取的措施,美欧表示了不满,认为我国单边违反了航空运输协定。本文阐明采取相关防疫措施的国际立法依据是《国际卫生条例》第2条总目标及第43条有关额外措施的规定,从措施的实施效果与当前新冠肺炎疫情传播的严峻程度看,调控航班的措施是符合条例中的"保护性原则"、"比例原则"和"科学原则"的。     

陕北冻土高水位流沙地段管沟开挖方法研究

高水位流沙地段的管沟开挖一直是施工过程中的难点,虽然目前可采用深井抽排降水法、密闭管抽水降水法、明渠抽排降水法、木桩固定沟壁加抽水降水法等方法,但施工工序繁琐,成本高。文中提出应用冻土原理,在一次双侧沉管的基础上,采用二次双侧开挖新方法,将地下高水位的挖沟不利条件变为有利条件,降低了土方开挖量,取消了抽排水措施,提高了施工工效,节约了施工成本。该方法在陕京三线设计1标段榆阳马家峁段AA001-AA005高水位流沙地段工程施工中取得了良好的施工工效与经济效益。     

Value of acoustic perceptual method for analysis of compensatory articulation errors in postoperative patients with cleft palate

Objective To establish an acoustic perceptual method analyzing the compensatory articulation errors in children with operated cleft palate via the formants of Chinese pure vowels. Methods The first three formants which represent vocal transmission character in Chinese pure vowels of 84 subjects with operated cleft palate, were measured by Computerized Speech Signal Processing System （CSSPS）. The Chinese vowel graph of postoperative patients with cleft palate was stated by the first formant frequencies （F1） and the second formant frequencies （F2） of the Chinese pure vowels between the two groups. Results Values of F1 and F2 of vowels except [a] in the poor articulation group （Group A） were significantly different from those in the good articulation group （Group B） （P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01）. As compared with that in Group B, the vowel graph demonstrated the decreased perceptual distances in Group A. These findings indicated that there might still be the backward movements of tongue, perverted mandibular movements and disharmonious lip movements in addition to the velopharyngeal insufficiency （VPI） in Group A. Conclusion The speech articulation of children with repaired cleft palate should be gained by correcting the aberrant compensatory articulation errors in the condition of velopharyngeal competence. Computerized Speech Signal Processing System （CSSPS）, which is regarded us the content of objective quantitative measurement, is a precise, simple, reliable and atroumatic technique for children with cleft palate to analyze pathological compensatory articulation errors.     

腭裂修复术后近期与远期中耳功能的比较研究

为研究腭裂修复术后不同时期的中耳功能状况及其变化趋势。方法　应用声导抗及耳镜检查 ,对 43例术后半年和 2 1例术后 3～ 6年的患者进行中耳功能检测。结果　随着时间的推移 ,术后分泌性中耳炎发生率逐渐下降 ( P <0 .0 5) ,中耳通气功能明显改善 ( P <0 .0 5)。中耳传导系统功能的改善较缓慢。结论　腭裂修复术对咽鼓管 ( ET)及中耳功能的恢复是有益的 ,为临床治疗及进一步的研究提供参考
