无锡市发展生态旅游的SWOT分析及思考

文章结合无锡生态旅游发展的实际,借助SWOT战略分析法,对无锡生态旅游的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行了系统分析,提出了发展生态旅游的产业化具体措施,特别是在进行人才培养、宣传和营销、环境管理等方面提出了相关举措。     

Perceptions of Diving Impacts and Implications for Reef Conservation

SCUBA diving can contribute to both coral reef degradation and conservation. Divers’ perceptions of these possible impacts were studied in Phuket, Thailand. The most endorsed impact of diving was a positive one: the educational impact on the divers. Impact perceptions changed after the dive. Perceptions of anchor damage and garbage disposal as negative impacts fell markedly. Following the trip liveaboard divers were more likely than day divers to see the impact of diving as positive. Almost 30% of divers witnessed perceived negative impacts on the reef by their dive group. Divers who saw damage were more likely to feel that diving has a negative impact on the reef than divers who did not see impacts. They were also more likely to take part in a reef conservation project. The results reinforce the potential for diving to be a positive force for reef conservation but indicate the need for greater investment in diver education.     

Sectoral and Territorial Cooperation in the European Demonstration Programme on ICZM

The search for integration among economic sectors and territorial administrations has become one of the defining features of coastal management initiatives in recent years. A wide range of ideal dimensions to integration has been described in the literature, with two common elements being horizontal and vertical integration involving, among others, the wide range of administrative actors in the coastal zone. Examination of the European demonstration projects in ICZM suggests that integration efforts on the ground start more modestly, with efforts to engage a range of different formal and informal stakeholders in a cooperative process aimed toward development of a set of common goals and a strategy for the coast. While institutional contexts vary greatly between different countries within Europe, in most countries integration between sectoral and territorial planning is not possible within a single administrative level. However, the direct involvement in local ICZM initiatives of key actors from central administrations is often impracticable. This article suggests actions could be taken at more central levels of government in order to simplify the institutional context in which local ICZM is developed.     

承赤高速与茅荆坝自然保护区生态旅游的相关性分析

对河北省承（承德）赤（赤峰）高速公路在选线设计、施工建设及运营管理整个阶段与茅荆坝自然保护区生态旅游的相关性进行了分析，结果表明：承赤高速公路的选线设计及施工建设对茅荆坝自然保护区生态旅游的资源会产生永久性的破坏和污染，但同时也改善了保护区的交通现状及保护区之间的连通性．有利于生态旅游资源的开发和展现及区域生态旅游网络的建设，此外承赤高速公路通车后原住民会逐步迁出保护区，有利于茅荆坝自然保护区生态旅游资源的恢复。

研究鄱阳湖生态经济区红色旅游与生态旅游和谐发展,发挥红色旅游资源与生态旅游资源的经济、政治、文化、生态功能,将有利于促进该区物质文明、社会文明、生态文明协调发展。该区丰富的红色旅游资源和生态旅游资源、各级政府的大力支持、便捷的交通网络等使得鄱阳湖生态经济区红色旅游与生态旅游和谐发展具有可能性。要将这种可能性转化为现实性,必须制定科学合理的发展规划,打造融合红色旅游与生态旅游的旅游区,正确处理旅游资源保护与开发利用的关系。
