提升工科高校学生工程实践能力策略研究——基于“卓越计划”背景下工学类专业人才培养的分析

反思我国工科高校工学人才培养状况,存在的主要问题,一是工学类毕业生培养的基本工作能力呈现下降趋势;二是工学类专业学生实习和实践环节亟待加强;三是部分工学类专业急需更新课程教学内容;四是部分工学类专业急需改进教学方法。高校人才培养结构调整到满足中国产业升级的需要,除了从人才供应量上补充,还需要从"质"上进行根本改革。为此,从三个方面提出了工科高校学生工程实践能力培养的范畴,从四个方面提出了工科高校学生工程实践能力培养的基本思路。

通过对OPM3的关键路径实践与质量创优活动的过程进行对比,指出质量创优活动的不足之处在于其质量管理活动没有能够与企业的战略目标相联系。
