本文采用自制的针电极和改进的方法,记录了50例正常人在分别刺激胫后神经和节段性(根性)皮神经(腓肠和腓浅)时的腰髓电位(LP)和皮层电位(CP);接着又记录和观察了48例单侧L_5或S_1神经根受压患者上述神经受刺激时的LP和CP。结果发现:节段性皮神经刺激的LP异常率达85%,其CP为48%;胫后神经刺激的LP异常率为33%,其CP仅为8%。 相似文献
