裕溪一线船闸扩容改造工程首次将三角闸门的应用口门宽度提高至34 m。为提高船闸的运行效率、充分发挥三角闸门动水启闭的优势,开展了大型三角闸门门缝输水运用条件试验研究。以三角闸门的水动力特性和船舶停泊安全为依据,研究提出裕溪新船闸大型三角闸门门缝输水的运用条件:1)三角闸门采用门缝输水应尽可能在1 m水头差以内开启;2)闸门开度应控制在1 m以内;3)随着水头差减小闸门开度可进一步增大。  相似文献

There seem to be two types of ocean planning system in the world. First, the federal or united government suggests a basic framework of the plan which is followed by states, countries or areas as shown in the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia, and so on. Second, a powerful central government prepares a basic ocean plan that guides the following sector plans of the relevant ministries. These cases are shown in Japan, Korea, and China. In Korea, the 2nd Ocean and Fishery Development Plan (OK21, 2011–2020) was made as a comprehensive ocean plan reflecting recent natural and social changes including global warming. The OK21 is declarative in its nature, and so evaluated by its sector plans, which have some specific implementing means such as budgets and manpower, organization, and so on, by the relevant laws. The 2nd OK21 is supported by 21 legally binding sector plans, 14 more than in the 1st plan, thus guaranteeing more effective implementation than in the 1st plan. In addition, most of sector plans are planned to be carried out through the well-coordinated system among the related ministries, thus showing a high degree of implementing efficiency of the plan. Every marine area in the plan, including marine environment, is being supported by more sector plans than before, indicating the equitable development of marine areas in the future. In sum, the 2nd OK21 is expected to show more implementing power due to the well-organized sector plans than in the 1st plan.  相似文献

The event-related desynchronization/synchronization(ERD/ERS) time courses of lower and upper alpha band rhythms during hand motor imagery are investigated respectively by Fourier Sectral Entropy (FSE) in this paper. By analyzing one group of BCI competition data, it was found that FSE within upper alpha band displays a pronounced increase and decrease over contralateral and ipsilaterai brain areas respectively at the onset of hand motor imagery, which is corresponding to the antagonistic ERD/ERS patterns in previous studies. Different from the upper alpha activity pattern, FSE within lower alpha band displays a consistent increase over both two hemispheres hand representative areas. The preliminary results show that FSE could disclose the different behaviors of the upper and lower alpha band rhythms so that a new idea with the complexity measure is provided to characterize functional dissociation of lower and upper frequency alpha rhythms in relation to hand motor imagery.  相似文献

The transportation industry has been playing an important role in the economic development of Korea and, thus, has become a critical factor in sustaining the well-being of the Korean people. This paper attempts to analyze the economic impacts of four transportation modes using input-output (I-O) analysis, with specific application to Korea. To this end, we apply the I-O models to the Korean I-O tables generated by the Bank of Korea, paying particular attention to the four transportation sectors in Korea (rail, road, water, and air transportations), considering them as exogenous, and then determining their impacts. Specifically, the production-inducing effects, supply shortage effects, sectoral price effects, forward linkage effects, and backward linkage effects of the four transportation modes are quantitatively derived over the period 2000–2010. For example, the production-inducing effect of a KRW 1.0 production or investment in transportation is larger in the petroleum and transportation equipment sectors than in other sectors. Furthermore, the rail and road transportation sectors have greater supply shortage effects than the other transportation sectors. Finally, the potential uses of the results of this analysis are presented from the perspective of policy instruments, and policy implications are discussed.  相似文献

针对航空器自主运行模式的空中交通运行态势评估问题,本文重构了基于分布式空中交通管理系统的空中交通复杂性评价方法,并仿真验证了该方法在航空器冲突探测和自主航迹规划中的应用。首先,基于自由航路空域和航空器自主运行模式定义了空中交通复杂性,在通过三维空域栅格模型量化航空器时空位置的基础上,构建复杂度计算模型以反映航空器位置、航向、 航速对空域各栅格的实时复杂性影响;其次,基于实际管制扇区(ZSSSAR01)及高度层,分别模拟自由航路与固定航路运行模式,对比两者空中交通复杂度时空分布差异;并结合自由航路运行模式,在空中交通复杂性与航空器冲突指标(冲突率、冲突比例)相关性分析的基础上,研究空域复杂度阈值确定方法;最后,初步探究基于空域复杂度阈值进行航空器自主航迹调整的方法,评估其运行效果。仿真实验结果表明:自由航路运行模式相对固定航路运行模式可显著降低空域最大复杂度值(平均降幅119%);模型计算得到,空中交通复杂度与空域中航空器冲突指标有强相关性 (相关系数大于0.90);基于复杂度和复杂度阈值的航迹调整策略具备一定可行性。  相似文献
