A planar suspension system (PSS) is a novel automobile suspension system in which an individual spring–damper strut is implemented in both the vertical and longitudinal directions, respectively. The wheels in a vehicle with such a suspension system can move back and forth relative to the chassis. When a PSS vehicle experiences asymmetric road excitations, the relative longitudinal motion of wheels with respect to the chassis in two sides of the same axle are not identical, and thus the two wheels at one axle will not be aligned in the same axis. The total dynamic responses, including those of the bounce, pitch and the roll of the PSS vehicle, to the asymmetric road excitation may exhibit different characteristics from those of a conventional vehicle. This paper presents an investigation into the comprehensive dynamic behaviour of a vehicle with the PSS, in such a road condition, on both the straight and curved roads. The study was carried out using an 18 DOF full-car model incorporating a radial-spring tyre–ground contact model and a 2D tyre–ground dynamic friction model. Results demonstrate that the total dynamic behaviour of a PSS vehicle is generally comparable with that of the conventional vehicle, while PSS exhibits significant improvement in absorbing the impact forces along the longitudinal direction when compared to the conventional suspension system. The PSS vehicle is found to be more stable than the conventional vehicle in terms of the directional performance against the disturbance of the road potholes on a straight line manoeuvre, while exhibiting a very similar handling performance on a curved line.  相似文献

目的探讨CCL18是否参与了乳腺癌miRNAs的表达调控。方法采用miRNAs芯片筛查CCL18处理前后乳腺癌细胞miRNAs的表达差异,QRT-PCR和Luciferase Reporter Assay对芯片结果进行验证。瞬时转染法分别改变乳腺癌细胞miR98和c-myc的表达,应用QRT-PCR和Western blot检测c-myc和lin28 mRNA和蛋白的表达。结果 miRNAs芯片结果显示CCL18处理后乳腺癌细胞共20种miRNAs发生变化,QRT-PCR和Luciferase Reporter Assay证实CCL18下调乳腺癌细胞miR98的表达。CCL18可上调乳腺癌细胞c-myc和lin28mRNA和蛋白的表达,转染c-myc siRNAs可逆转CCL18调控lin28和miR98表达的功能。CCL18通过miR98转录后调控乳腺癌细胞N-Ras蛋白的表达。结论CCL18通过N-Ras/c-myc/lin28通路下调miR98,下调的miR98通过转录后调控增加N-Ras蛋白的表达,从而进一步激活c-myc/lin28通路,维持miR98的持续降低,形成了一个正反馈环路。  相似文献

以1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢热镦粗锻造工艺为例,通过Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机和金相显微镜等手段,研究了工艺参数对1Cr18Ni9Ti热镦成形的影响,结果表明温度、应变速率、变形程度对热镦成形过程的流动应力和变形后试件的晶粒大小、硬度具有明显的影响规律,对于控制奥氏体不锈钢的锻造性能具有重要的指导意义.  相似文献

以液压系统参数检测的使用要求与功能设计为基础,采用PIC18F458单片机作为控制器,对液压系统相关参数的检测系统进行了软硬件设计,并用VB6.0为开发平台编制了基于Windows测控软件,可以实现液压系统动态特性的测试。该系统可以在线检测油温、压力、流量等相关参数,并能够实现保存、查找、打印功能。实验表明该系统性能稳定、操作方便、可靠性高,能够满足液压元件测试要求,对于液压系统设计和研究具有重要意义。  相似文献

提出了适用于40 t轴重铁路18号道岔的设计原则与技术指标。新型重载铁路道岔采用68 kg/m钢轨制造,道岔全长69 m,前长31 729 mm,后长37 971 mm。平面线型采用相离量24 mm、半径1 100 m的单圆曲线,仿真分析显示该线型动力学性能良好,曲线尖轨具有较好的耐磨性能;尖轨采用60AT1钢轨制造,曲线尖轨为"直曲组合型",直线段长度7 276 mm,直曲尖轨采用刨切基本轨加厚尖轨技术。辙叉采用可动心轨辙叉,翼轨采用TY钢轨、心轨采用60AT1钢轨制造,直向不设护轨,侧向增设一段护轨,用于保护叉跟尖轨的薄弱断面;尖轨、长心轨、翼轨通过锻压与68 kg/m钢轨顺接。  相似文献

Objective To construct eukaryutic expression vector of HPV18 L1- E6, E7 chimeric gene and examine the humorul and cellular immune responses induced by this DNA vaccines in mice. Methods The C-terminal of major rapsid protein L1 gene and mutant zinc finger domains of early E6/7 oncogenes in HPV18 were integrated and inserted into eukaryotic expression vector pVAX1 to generate vaccines pVAX1-L1E6Mxx, ETMxx. CHO cells were transiently transfected with the individual construct. Target protein expressions in the lysate of the transfected cells were measured by ELISA and immunocytochemistry After BALB/c mice were vaccinated with various recombinant plusmids(pVAX1- L1-E6M3 or pVAX1-L1-E7M3 ) and immunie adjuvants (pLXHDmB7-2 or LTB) through different administration routes (intramuscular or intranasal) , the great cellular immune responses were produced us revealed by delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) and lymphocyte proliferation, and the expression of IL-4 and IFN- 7 cells in CD4^+ and CD8^+ subpopulations. Results The highly efficient expression of pVAX1-L1E6Mxx, E7Mxx vector in host eukaryotic cells were demonstrated both by ELISA and immunocytochemistry. The level of specific serum IgG against HPV in experiment groups mice was much higher than that of control group, and intranuscular immunization group had the highest antibody level. Intramuscular immunization groups were superior to intranasal immunization groups in DTH response, splenocyte proliferation and CD8^+ IFN-γ^+ cells number, but CD4^+ IL4^+ cell number was higher in intranasul immunization groups. The immunization groups using pLXHDmB7.-2 as adjuvant were superior to other groups in immunorespouse. Conclusion These DNA vaccines produce remarkable cellular and humorul immune responses in the mouse and may provide us prophylatic and therapeutic candidates for HPV induced cancer treatment.  相似文献
