A rolling horizon algorithm for auto-carrier transportation

This paper introduces a rolling horizon algorithm to plan the delivery of vehicles to automotive dealers by a heterogeneous fleet of auto-carriers. The problem consists in scheduling the deliveries over a multiple-day planning horizon during which requests for transportation arrive dynamically. In addition, the routing of the auto-carriers must take into account constraints related to the loading of the vehicles on the carriers. The objective is to minimize the sum of traveled distances, fixed costs for auto-carrier operation, service costs, and penalties for late deliveries. The problem is solved by a heuristic that first selects the vehicles to be delivered in the next few days and then optimizes the deliveries by an iterated local search procedure. A branch-and-bound search is used to check the feasibility of the loading. To handle the dynamic nature of the problem, the complete algorithm is applied repeatedly in a rolling horizon framework. Computational results on data from a major European logistics service provider show that the heuristic is fast and yields significant improvements compared to the sequential solution of independent daily problems.     

Dynamic loading history and collapse analysis of the pipe during deepwater S-lay operation

In the deepwater S-lay operations depending on the required stinger radius and rollers configuration, relatively large plastic deformation is induced when the pipe passes over the stinger, under the combined loadings of bending, axial tension, roller reaction force and the pipelay vessel motion. The resulting plastic deformation does not vanish after the pipe leaves the stinger. It accumulates until the pipe reaches the seabed. The inherited residual deformation might reduce the collapse capacity of the pipe under the external pressure loading. The present paper investigates the dynamic loading history of the pipe during the S-lay operation based on a test-verified finite element model, and then calculates the residual plastic deformation of the pipe cross-section after the pipe reaches the seabed. Finally, the nonlinear collapse analysis is implemented based on the modified RIKS method to evaluate the capacity of the installation-induced deformed pipe. The results confirm that the deepwater S-lay operation will lead to obvious plastic deformation of the pipe, which decreases the pipe collapse capacity to some extent.

基于CUDA的散货船稳性并行计算

为提高散货船配载仪中船舶稳性计算速度,通过使用CUDA(Compute Unified Device Architecture)对稳性计算过程进行并行加速.首先基于CGAL(Computational Geometry Algorithms Library)中的切片模块按肋位纵向切割船体型表面,得到每个肋位处横剖面型值数据;然后对横剖面型值数据进行等距偏移模拟板厚,得到各肋位处的外板数据;然后将外板数据发往GPU;在GPU中通过水线面和外板数据求解并行计算雅克比矩阵系数;最后将雅可比矩阵系数传回CPU,求解稳性方程组.     

远程视频监控系统在南宁大桥缆索吊装中的运用

调距桨桨毂机构水动力负荷加载方式仿真研究

本文首先对某调距桨进行了CFD仿真分析,然后将CFD计算得到的桨叶分布式压力负荷加载至调距桨桨毂有限元模型的桨叶上进行有限元静强度仿真计算,并与多点约束集中(MPC)加载方式的计算结果进行比较。因分布式压力加载方式更接近真实加载情况,更适应于精度要求较高的高负载调距桨桨毂设计,与分布式压强加载相比,虽然MPC加载方式精度较低,但因其载荷加载处理与仿真计算时间大为缩短,得到的结果偏安全,因此适用于一般的工程强度估算校核。     

稳心高分布对集装箱船总体性能影响研究

以某支线型集装箱船为依托,针对主尺度和主要船型系数相同,稳心高分布不同的两版型线,分别对对应方案的破舱稳性、装载性能、快速性等总体性能进行评估,并对结果进行研究和分析,进而揭示了稳心高分布对集装箱船总体性能影响的一般规律,为设计者合理优化船型稳心高分布以及市场选择合理的船型方案提供了参考和建议。     

有交通条件约束与软时间窗约束的配送配载模型算法研究

由于配送中客户的时间窗限制和车辆在运行过程中的交通条件约束,给配送中心的运营调度工作增加了新的难题,为此建立了在该约束条件下的车辆配送配载模型。通过在路径选择时考虑交通条件约束、在建立目标函数时以阈值的形式引入时间窗约束,对原始模型进行了拓展．并构造了该问题的遗传算法。
