湛江东海岛近岸潮流场数值模拟 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
将Smagorinsky亚网格模型引入ADCIRC潮流模型求解涡粘性系数,使模型在模拟近岸潮流方面更加合理。为进一步揭示中海油气开发利用公司广东沥青项目码头工程海域的潮流变化,利用改进的ADCIRC模型对湛江东海岛海域潮流场进行了合理地模拟和分析。结果表明该工程港池和进港支航道的开挖对湛江主航道影响很小。工程建设只改变了工程区海域的局部流态,并且新开挖航道的水动力条件有助于船舶顺流进港。 相似文献

San Felipe marine reserve, in Yucatán, México, is unique, and particularly suited for a case study because the local community created it without a mandate from higher levels of government. This article presents the results of a survey of local interest groups using the method of paired comparisons and rank correlation analysis, to reveal local judgments about the severity of damages to coastal habitats and the level of impacts of activities that cause the damages. The results show that fishers differ significantly from other interest groups in their rankings of the severity of damages to habitats and of impacting activities. These findings suggest that despite the overlapping interests in protecting the resources and the critical habitats, the different perspectives of local interest groups about the severity of damages must be considered in the management of San Felipe marine reserve. 相似文献

遵循四川“川主寺~九寨沟”旅游公路(川九路)景观规划设计理念并继续深化,即在深入分析公路沿线自然景观组成要素与人文景观组成要素及各自特征基础上,提出景观特色带、景观过渡带、景观特色点的景观规划概念,并在各带内依据客观景观要素组成及特征重点突出各带美学设计特征,包括景观变化性、独特性、自然性、整体性、娱乐性、历史文化性和生动性等,要求景观特色带内至少要突出一种美学设计特征,而在景观过渡带内只要公路与周围景观协调即可。景观特色带对道路使用者起到视觉兴奋或审美娱乐功能,而景观过渡带对道路使用者起到休息与放松作用。应用该景观规划理念对四川卧龙自然保护区“映秀~日隆旅游公路”(映日路)进行景观规划,共划分出15个景观特色带、5个景观过渡带及16个景观特色点,为该旅游公路景观规划及景观设计工作提供依据。 相似文献

Flexibility of the transportation system is one of the important performance measures needed to deal with demand changes. In this paper, we provide a quantitative assessment of capacity flexibility for the passenger transportation network using bi-level network capacity models. Two approaches for assessing the value of capacity flexibility are proposed. One approach is based on the concept of reserve capacity, which reflects the flexibility with respect to changes in terms of demand volume only. The second approach allows for variations in the demand pattern in addition to changes in demand volume in order to more fully capture demand changes. Two models are developed in the second approach to consider two types of capacity flexibility. The total capacity flexibility allows all users to have both route choice and destination choice when estimating capacity flexibility. The limited capacity flexibility estimates how much more demand volume could be added to a fixed demand pattern by allowing the additional demand to deviate from the fixed demand pattern. Numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the different concepts of capacity flexibility for a passenger transportation system under demand changes. 相似文献

在轨道交通客流实时监视业务中,车站实时客流告警的目的是帮助业务人员快速、准确地定位到网络中可能存在大客流风险的车站,达到提示预警的作用。如果告警阈值偏小,则告警频率会增加,使业务人员无法准确判断最需要关注的大客流风险车站,并对告警提示产生麻木心态;如果报警阈值偏大,则车站的突发大客流风险有可能未被监测到,从而无法及时采取应对措施。因此,需要提出一套科学、合理、适用性强的告警阈值。研究利用传统统计学方法和基于孤立森林的异常检测方法训练设定告警阈值,并通过应用效果测试验证对两种算法进行比选,确认利用孤立森林异常值判别思路训练的告警阈值更满足业务目标。研究成果按照“一站一方案”“一个时段一方案”的原则,为北京市轨道交通指挥中心路网调度指挥平台提供车站实时进站量与出站量告警阈值,支撑客流实时监视与大客流风险预警。 相似文献
