Locating emergency vehicles with an approximate queuing model and a meta-heuristic solution approach

In this paper, the location of emergency service (ES) vehicles is studied on fully connected networks. Queuing theory is utilized to obtain the performance metrics of the system. An approximate queuing model the (AQM) is proposed. For the AQM, different service rate formulations are constructed. These formulations are tested with a simulation study for different approximation levels. A mathematical model is proposed to minimize the mean response time of ES systems based on AQM. In the model, multiple vehicles are allowed at a single location. The objective function of the model has no closed form expression. A genetic algorithm is constructed to solve the model. With the help of the genetic algorithm, the effect of assigning multiple vehicles on the mean response time is reported.     

Evaluation of pedestrian crosswalk level of service (LOS) in perspective of type of land-use

In India pedestrians usually cross the road at mid-block crosswalks due to ease of access to their destination or the development of adjacent land use types such as shopping, business areas, school and residential areas. The behaviour of pedestrian will change with respect to different land use type and this change in behaviour of pedestrian further reflects change in perceived level of service (LOS). So, it is important to evaluate the quality of service of such crossing facilities with respect to different land-use type under mixed traffic conditions. In this framework, pedestrian perceived LOS were collected with respect to different land-use type such as shopping, residential and business areas. The ordered probit (OP) model was developed by using NLOGIT software package, with number of vehicles encountered, road crossing difficulty as well as safety considered as primary factors along with pedestrian individual factors (gender and age), land-use type and roadway geometry. From the model results, it has been concluded that perceived safety, crossing difficulty, land-use condition, number of vehicles encountered, median width and number of lanes have significant effect on pedestrian perceived LOS at unprotected (un-signalized) mid-block crosswalks in mixed traffic scenario. The inferences of these results highlights the importance of land use planning in designing a new set of pedestrian access facilities for unprotected mid-block crosswalks under mixed traffic conditions. Also the study results would be useful for evaluating pedestrian accessibility taking into account different land-use type and planning required degree of segregation with vehicular movement at unprotected mid-block crosswalk locations.

某发动机冷却风扇噪声传递路径贡献量测试分析

某发动机冷却风扇存在明显的阶次噪声,冷却风扇噪声传递到车内主要有空气传递和结构传递两条路径。分析结果表明冷却风扇噪声随着转速的增加而增大,且在不同转速区间内,结构传递和空气传递贡献量不同。文章的研究对冷却风扇的阶次噪声控制具有重要意义。     

汽车企业订单生产决策支持系统

为了给客户提供个性化的产品,为企业赢得汽车市场,文章提出了一种现在比较新型的研究模式,即汽车企业订单生产方式,。通过分析汽车企业订单生产的一般过程,确定采用MATLAB作为汽车企业订单生产过程中选择参数问题的解决工具,最后通过对给定参数的计算,使实例匹配度和动力性指标都达到了设计要求。此方法为汽车新产品的研发提出了一种新的思路。     

城市物流功能与经济的耦合机制研究

为了定量分析沧州市物流功能与经济发展的耦合协调水平,论文基于沧州市2007—2018年的数据,分析了城市物流功能与经济的相互作用机理,对二者的有序性、有序性弹性和耦合协调性进行测度,以沧州市为例进行实证分析。结果显示两个子系统的有序性、耦合协调性均呈提升趋势,耦合协调水平从2007年的严重不协调提升至2018年的勉强协调阶段。经济子系统弹性系数高于城市物流功能子系统的弹性系数,未来需加强子系统的联系与合作,推动子系统的耦合协调发展。

针对船用电缆生产过程中由于型号规格繁多,技术要求复杂,单根订货长度一般较短,生产计划变化较大,插单现象频繁,无法保证交货期等问题,提出动态排产方案,通过初步实施该方案,明显改善了生产计划准确性等问题。     

Orders of Automorphism Groups of Some p-Groups

The orders of automorphism groups of the groups of order p6 in the twelve family φ12 are produced, where p is an odd prime. Every group is analysed by utilizing the properties of metabelian, regularity and p-commutativity of finite p-groups, and the structure of the generators of its automorphism groups is obtained. Then the orders of automorphism groups are determined through some properties of equivalence in number theory.
