| 摘 要： | 港口国监督是海洋安全的最后防线,受到世界各国的重视。然而目前,我国港口国监督的实施与其航运大国的地位极不相符,相关法律不健全,导致一方面在很多问题上无法可依,另一方面现有法律法规对我国港口国监督缺乏实际的指导意义,本文重在分析我国港口国监督相关法律制度的不足并在此基础上,提出一些完善建议,希望能对我国港口国监督法律制度的完善有所裨益。

| Abstract: | Port State Control(PSC) has been highly recognized by the whole world as "The Final Defense of Sea-Safety". Nevertheless,the PSC in our country isn't strictly performed,the related legislation is not perfect and can't meet the development of station.Therefore,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the PSC legal system in China and puts forward some advices and suggestions for how to improve the PSC legal system. |
