新型永磁同步顶驱电机设计与研究

摘    要:本文介绍了一种应用到顶驱设备的新型永磁同步电机,该电机采用了优化的电磁方案、紧凑的结构设计以及独特的冷却方式。经样机试验,电机具有良好的恒转矩特性和调速性能,散热良好,满足F级温升要求。为指导下一步研发更高功率的同类型电机打下了坚实的基础。

Abstract:A new permanent magnet synchronous motor applied to top drive device is introduced in the paper,and optimized electromagnetic scheme,compact structure design and unique cooling method are adopted.Sample machine experiment shows that it has good constant-torque feature and frequency control of motor speed,good heat dissipation which can satisfy the requirements of F level temperature rise.Furthermore,it can build the stable foundation for later research and development of same type motor which has higher power.
