| Abstract: | The northwest region is the main distribution area of salty soil, hence how to prevent the highway salinization is encountered frequently during the highway construction. This paper introduced the origin of salty soil, classification of salty soil, engineering properties of salty soil and treatment measures of the salt expansion. And combined with the characters of soil in Xinjiang area for the con- struction schemes of subgrade are compared. |
