某高速减速器试验台架振动过大问题分析

摘    要:某高转速减速器试验台架在额定转速下运行时振动过大,存在明显共振现象。通过振动测试,得到试验台架各主要传动部套的振动速度频谱图,发现造成台架各部套特别是试验对象的振动过大的频率值不属于台架各旋转轴的工作转频。针对此频率的出现,本文借助有限元软件对试验台架部分组成部套的固有频率进行计算,确定了此频率作为共振频率出现的原因,进而根据计算结果提出了台架整改意见,有效解决了试验台架振动过大的问题。

Abstract:A test-bed showed a excessive vibration when running under the rating rotate speed. according to the frequency chart, the author found that the frequency with the maximal peak value was not the rotate frequency of the set. Contraposing the appearance of the maximal peak,the author figured out the inherence frequency of the central cells of the test-bed and validated the reason of sympathetic vibration and then brought forward the resolvent. Finally,the problem was solved
