摘    要:提出一种利用船舶主机余热的沥青船液货梯级加热系统,包括四个加热回路,即缸套冷却水余热提取环路、废气热油锅炉环路、燃油热油锅炉环路、沥青加热环路和相应的控制装置。该加热系统可以实现船舶主机缸套冷却水余热、废气余热的梯级利用。经过经济性计算,该系统可节省燃料60%以上,十二个航程便可收回增加的设备投资,节能效果明显。

Abstract:At present, hot oil boiler is used mostly to heat asphalt in asphalt carrier, which costs fuel highly and pollutes environmental seriously. A cascade-heating system used waste heat from ship main engine is introduced. The system includes four heating loops and control devices. The cascade-heating system can save fuel by more than 60% by economic calculation. The added equipment investment can be recovered after 12 voyages.
