| 摘 要： | 商业银行不仅是经营货币的企业,更是管理风险的企业。加入W TO以后,我国银行业面临前所未有的严峻考验,较大的信用风险已成为我国经济运行中的很大隐患,对我国的经济稳定和金融安全构成了极大的威胁。本文将集中探讨我国商业银行信用风险及其防范的若干问题。
