舷灯布置分析及专利应用

舷灯是船舶航行的安全保证,但布置经常受到很多约束。在大型货运船舶上,由于受到船舶尺寸、载货量等因素的制约,这一问题表现得更为突出。首先介绍了规范对于舷灯的各种技术要求,然后结合实际项目中遇到的问题进行分析,并介绍了为应对复杂布置环境设计的专利——"一种可以伸出舷外的新型舷灯箱结构"。通过几种不同船型的改进案例,结合新型专利在实船中的应用,共同探讨了灵活布置舷灯的方法。

Sidelights Arrangement Analysis and Patent Applications

Sidelights ensured navigation safety. But the layout of sidelights on a ship was very often subject to many constraints. On large cargo ships,due to the ship size,cargo capacity and other constrain,this problem was even more critical. This article described the various technical requirements specification for the sidelights ,demonstrated research on some practical problems encountered in real project,and then introduced a patent-'A way of extend the outboard side of the new sidelights structure',which was designed to deal with complicated arrangement situation. The method of flexible layout design of sidelights was discussed through cases studies and practical application of the new patent on real projects.
