大孔径钢波纹管涵洞设计中不同计算方法比较研究

摘    要:目前国内大跨径钢波纹管涵洞设计无规范可依,设计方法存在盲目性,研究了国外典型设计计算方法和特点以指导工程设计,分别采用CHBDC、AASHTO和AISI3种设计方法对湖南某波纹管涵洞进行了波形和板厚的优化设计,对比分析了管壁压应力和接缝强度的差异。研究结果表明:CHBDC对管壁压应力控制最严、其次是AASHTO,最后是AISI。AASHTO对接缝强度要求最严、而CHBDC与AISI基本相当,结构设计时应采用多种设计计算方法进行校核。

Abstract:At present,there is no code in the design of corrugated steel culvert in china, therefore, there is blindness for engineering method. In order to guide the design, This paper researches typical design method in foreign country,The design method includes CHBDC,AASHTO and AISI. This paper optimizes the waveform and thickness of the corrugated steel culvert in hunan provincial, and analyze the differences of wall stress and seam strength. Research shows that CHBDC is most restrictive in the demands of wall stress,followed by AASHTO, the last is AISI. But AASHTO is most restrictive in the demands of seam strength,and CHBDC and AISI is almost the same, Engineer shall adopt various design method to check.
