盐度、湿度影响下橡胶粉沥青混合料马歇尔稳定度影响分析

摘    要:采用NAOH和偶联剂处理方法处理橡胶粉,制得改性沥青。通过对此改性沥青混合料进行马歇尔稳定度试验,探讨盐度与湿度影响下,马歇尔稳定度的影响分析。试验考虑浸泡浓度(清水、10%盐水、15%盐水)、橡胶粉细度(40、60、80目)、橡胶粉掺量(10%、15%、20%);浸泡时间(1、2、3 d)3方面影响,从试验结果可以看出:稳定度随着盐度增加、浸泡时间增加,呈现出一定的下降趋势;橡胶粉掺量的增加可以抑制盐度侵蚀;橡胶粉细度对盐度的影响不明显。最后,针对橡胶粉的处理方式,进行对比分析,给出通过采用NAOH和偶联剂处理方法处理方法对于抵抗氯离子的侵蚀,效果较好。

Analyse of Marshall Stability of Crumb Rubber Modified Asphalt Mixture Under the Influence of Salinity and Humidity

Abstract:Crumb rubber powder was processed by NaOH and coupling agent to make modified as- phalt. Using the made modified asphalt, mixture specimen were made to perform Marshall test. Then the regularity of Marshall stability under the influence of salt and humidity was analyzed. The affecting factors include four categories: concentration of immersion medium(0% , 1% , 15% ), the fineness of crumb rub- ber powder(40 meshes,60 meshes and 80 meshes), content of powder( 10%, 15% and 20% ) and im- mersion time( ld,2d and 3d). The result show that with the increase of salinity and time, the stability show a obvious downward trend. The content of rubber can restrain the erosion of salt, but the fineness has no effect. Through obtained by process with comparative analysis of process methods of rubber powder, best results can be NaOH and coupling agent to resist chloride corrosion.
