纤维增强水泥基复合材料开裂理论模型研究进展

摘    要:通过汇总和分析大量国内外相关文献,对纤维增强水泥基复合材料开裂模型的发展进行了综述,并采用实测数据对J积分模型进行了检验。结果表明,J积分法的推论与试验测试结果基本一致,其推荐的两个最小性能指标可为高性能纤维增强水泥基复合材料的设计提供有效的指导。在未来的研究过程中还应再建立一个反映裂缝饱和程度的指标,从而在设计阶段就能对多缝开裂进行全面控制。

Abstract:Achieving steady-state multiple cracking can advance the toughness and ultimate strain capacity of fiber-reinforced cementitious composites and decrease their toughness obviously. Based on lots of relevant literature reviews, this paper summarizes the development of multiple cracking model. Be- sides, the model of J-integral is verified by experimental data. The results demonstrate that the deduction of J-integral method is in accordance with the experimental result, and the two proposed performance in- dices can provide effective instruction for the designing of high-performance fiber-reinforced cementitious composites. A new index should be established to predict the saturation intensity of multiple cracking in the future and then control the multiple cracking comprehensively during the design phase.
