大跨径斜拉桥索塔锚固构件抗剪性能研究

摘    要:针对大跨度斜拉桥的索塔锚固区连接件选取栓钉和PBL剪力键(开孔钢板连接件)的抗剪切性能进行对比分析。设计出一种梁式加载试验装置来替代传统的推出试验,以此更为真实反映出索塔锚固区结构的钢牛腿的剪力键受力情况,通过对栓钉和PBL剪力键的荷载—滑移量曲线、抗剪切刚度以及极限抗剪切承载力等方面对两种剪力键进行分析最终得出:与栓剪力键相比,PBL剪力键具有极限承载力高,抗剪切刚度大等优点,PBL剪力键的单孔极限承载力比栓钉高出43.66%,PBL剪力键最大滑移量仅有0.08 mm,少量的PBL剪力键能够替代大量栓钉剪力键达到相同的承载效果。

Abstract:This article take the connections-bolts nails and PBL shear connectors ( drill steel sheet connectors) of large span cable-stayed tower anchorage zone making a comparative analysis of shear per- formance. This paper devised a load beam power transmission test device to replace traditional launched tests. This approach can be more truly reflect the shear connector force conditions of anchorage zone py- lon structural steel bracket. The load-slip curve, shear stiffness and shear strength, etc. analysis results of the two shear connector-PBL shear bolts nails and keys showed that: When compared with the bolt shear connector, the PBL shear connectors have higher ultimate strength and greater shear stiffness. The Ultimate bearing capacity of the PBL shear bond is 43.66% higher than the bolt nail. The maximum slip amount of PBL shear connectors of PBL shear connector bolts can bearing results. is stayed only 0.08 mm. This phenomenon indicates that a small amount replace a large number of nail shear connectors and accomplish the same
