氯盐一维及二维腐蚀环境下RC结构锈胀开裂风险分析

摘    要:基于Fick第二定律,在氯盐一维侵蚀模型的基础上,发展了氯盐二维侵蚀模型。考虑参数的随机性,采用Monte-Carlo方法,对比分析了两种侵蚀模型下RC结构锈胀开裂风险。研究表明:在高氯盐侵蚀环境下(如滨海,码头等)环境下,这一影响因素更为显著,因此在混凝土结构耐久性分析中应当考虑氯盐多维侵蚀的影响。界限裂缝宽度对二维及一维扩散环境下的失效概率基本相同;保护层厚度对一维扩散环境下的结构服役性能影响明显高于二维扩散环境;腐蚀电流对氯盐一维及二维扩散环境下的钢筋锈蚀影响基本相同。

Risk Assessment of Corrosion-induced Cracks Under One-dimensional and Two-dimensional Chloride Corrosive Environment

Abstract:In this paper, based on one-dimensional and two-dimensional chloride corrosive problem of reinforcements,improved the one-dimensional and two-dimensional chloride corrosive of rebar corrosion cracking model. Research shows that: (1)In high chlorine environment( such as coastal, wharf, etc. ) ,the influence factors are more significant,therefore the durability of concrete structures should be considered chloride multidimensional erosion. (2) the limit crack width of two-dimensional and one-dimensional diffusion environment basically the same as the probability of failure;Protective layer on the structure of the one-dimensional diffusion environment service performance is significantly higher than the two-dimensional diffusion environment; Chlorine corrosion current of one-dimensional and two-dimensional diffusion steel corrosion environment impact are basically the same.
