摘    要:通过对某高速公路超浅埋大跨度连拱隧道下穿既有国道的施工方法比选分析,利用大型有限元软件进行施工数值模拟,分析认为,采用大管棚超前支护、中导洞一双侧导洞法配合地层注浆加固的施工方法可以满足沉降要求,且保证了既有国道车流不中断,施工过程中拱部衬砌封闭成环时间是控制地表沉降的关键,本工程的成功实施为类似隧道施工提供了经验借鉴。

Research on the Settlement Control of Great Shallow-buried and Large Span Arched Tunnel Across National Road

Abstract:In this paper, construction methods of the great shallow-buried and large span arched tunnel across existing national road in expressway have been compared and analyzed. And finite element software has been used to simulate the construction process. The analysis shows adopting the large shed- pipe advance support method and middle pilot-twin-side heading method combined with strata grouting reinforcement method can meet settlement requirements. And these methods can also ensure that the existing national highway traffic is not interrupted. In the process of construction, the time when the arch lining closed is the key to control the surface settlement. The successful implementation of this project is to provide a similar tunnel experience for others.
