大功率AC/DC变换模块的电磁干扰建模

摘    要:根据电力电子器件产生电磁干扰的原理,对大功率AC/DC变换模块的电磁干扰机理进行了分析,并结合国军标中的电磁兼容测试给出了干扰等效电路,然后利用其频域模型,对变换模块在电网侧和直流侧产生的差模干扰进行了计算。

Abstract:The conducted EMI of an AC/DC high power converter is modeled based on the principle of electromagnetic interference(EMI) produced by power semiconductors.Then the equivalent circuit is obtained from the measurement system which is set up according to the GJB152A-97.The different–mode interference voltages in the AC side and the DC side are calculated by the equivalent circuit.
