稀浆混合料拌和仪在微表处混合料可拌和时间研究中的应用

摘    要:针对现行规范中手工拌和确定微表处混合料可拌和时间的不足,研发了稀浆混合料拌和仪。采用手工拌和与机械拌和的方式进行了稀浆混合料的拌和试验,试验结果表明两种方式获得的可拌和时间具有良好的线性关系,机械拌和在试验结果的稳定性和可靠性上优于手工拌和,建议采用机械拌和时的微表处混合料可拌和时间应大于150 s。最后,利用拌和仪分析了集料的洁净程度、外加剂、水泥剂量、用水量等因素对微表处混合料可拌和时间的影响,得出细集料亚甲蓝值对拌和时间影响显著,应尽可能的降低细集料含泥量;Al2(SO4)3对拌和时间的延长存在最大有效剂量,需根据实际确定;水泥用量对不同混合料体系拌和时间影响不同;水量对混合料的拌和状态的调节有限。

Abstract:Slurry seal mixture whisk has been developed aiming at the deficiency of mixable time defining method in the current specification.Mixing tests have been conducted by manual mixing and slurry seal mixture whisk.By comparing the results of the two methods,it can be conformed that the whisk has better stability and there is a linear relation between manual and mechanical mixable time.Based on the linear relationship,it is suggested that mixable time of micro-surfacing mixture should exceed 150 seconds when using slurry seal mixture whisk.The influncing factors on mixable time of micro-surfacing mixtures is analyzed.It is concluded that,methylence blue has great influence on mixable time of mixtures and mud content must be reduced by all means,Al2(SO4)3 can prolong mixable time and there is a maximal effective content exceeded by which mixable time will not be prolonged evidently,cement content has different influence on mixable time of different mixtures and water can only adjust mixable time with a narrow range.
