摘    要:针对一台汽轮机主蒸汽疏水管爆管事故,通过宏观检查爆口外观、分析管材成分变化、分析金相组织变化、检查弯头减薄、检查强度变化等,分析了疏水管爆管失效的原因。确定材质劣化和介质冲刷严重造成管壁减薄是疏水管爆管事故的原因。提出了相应的建议和措施,确保设备安全运行。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the causes of the bursting failure of the drain tube by macroscopically checking the appearance of bursting,by chemically analyzing of the changes of tube components,by structurally analyzing the changes of metallographic structures,by thickness checking of the elbow thinning and by hardness checking of the changes of the strength in accordance with accidents of tube bursting on the main steam drain tube of the turbine. A conclusion is reached that causes of drain tube of bursting are material quality degradation and tube wall reduction due to the serious scouring of the medium. This paper brings forward corresponding proposals and measures for reducing and preventing similar accidents from happening again so as to ensure the equipment production safely.
