摘    要:以6 500 m~3耙吸式挖泥船的动力装置为研究对象,对其配置方案的合理性进行分析,并进行动力系统配置方案选择、主机选型和能力校核计算。结合船舶设计任务书的要求,逐步分析目标船的整体性能和各工况下的功率需求。在此基础上,粗略估算目标船设备在各主要工况下的功率需求,并提出几种能满足各工况下功率需求的动力系统配置方案。根据目标船的工作特点,对各动力系统配置方案的适用性进行初步分析,采用层次分析法进行模糊评判,经过评估确定各评价指标的权重;通过对不同指标进行打分来确定隶属度并进行模糊运算,根据最大隶属度原则选出最适合目标船的动力配置方案;同时,根据最优配置方案选取的主机型号对目标船进行功率验证。计算分析结果表明,该研究方案满足目标船的设计要求,说明选用的研究模型和评价方法合理。

Abstract:This paper mainly studies the power equipment of the 6500m3 trailing suction hopper dredger. And the author studies the rationality of its configuration scheme, selects the power allocation scheme, and studies the main engine type selection and capacity check calculation. Based on the requirements of the ship design task book, the overall performance of the target ship and the power requirements for each operating condition are gradually analyzed. On this basis, the power demand of the target ship equipment in each major working condition is also roughly estimated, and several configuration schemes of the power system that can meet the power requirements of each working condition are proposed. According to the working characteristics of the target ship, the applicability of each power allocation scheme is analyzed initially. Then, the fuzzy evaluation based on the analytic hierarchy process is adopted. After evaluation, the weight of each evaluation index is determined, and the different indicators are scored to determine the degree of membership and perform fuzzy operations. According to the principle of maximum degree of membership, the power allocation scheme that is most suitable for the target ship is selected. Finally, according to the host model selected by the optimal configuration scheme. This results show that the research program meets the design requirements of the target ship, and show that the research model and evaluation method chosen in this paper are reasonable. This method provides a reference for the selection of marine power plant.
