船舶并联式气电混合动力系统能量效率分析

摘    要:为提高船舶系统能效,提出一种船舶并联式气电混合动力系统方案,在Simulink平台上建立系统的仿真模型。结合实例对蓄电池的储能效率进行分析,得到该系统在E3循环、不同功率比下天然气发动机的燃气消耗和电动机的效率,从部件效率、总能量效率和总能量效率提升率3个方面对系统能量效率进行研究。结果表明,该系统在转速100%、功率100%和转速91%、功率75%工况下机械推进模式能量效率高,在转速80%、功率50%工况下电力推进模式能量效率高,在转速63%、功率25%工况下大功率比并联推进模式和电力推进模式能量效率高。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of the ship system, this paper proposes a ship parallel gas-electric hybrid system scheme and establishes a system simulation model on the Simulink platform. By analyzing the energy storage efficiency of the battery with examples, it obtains the gas consumption of the natural gas engine and the efficiency of the motor in the E3 cycle and different power ratios, and studies system energy efficiency in terms of the components efficiency, the total energy efficiency and the increased total energy efficiency. The results show that the system has high energy efficiency in the mechanical propulsion mode under the 100% speed and 100% power, 91% speed and 75% power working conditions, high energy efficiency in the electric propulsion mode under the 80% speed and 50% power working condition, high energy efficiency in the high power ratio parallel propulsion and electric propulsion mode unde the 63% speed and 25% power working conditions.
