摘    要:分析上位机iFIX与主控单片机之间通信的实现方法,并制定出相应的通信协议,实现在CAN总线分布式控制下对塔吊幅度、吊高、转角和吊重的实时同步数据采集。基于上位机组态iFIX实现对塔吊实时状态进行监测、工作循环记录与查询等实用功能。该监测系统具有结构简单、运行可靠等优点,能够为城市塔吊的安全生产过程的监控提供解决方案。

Abstract:It presents the interface conversion method of communication between iFIX and main controlled MCU, and has developed corresponding of communications agreement in order to realize real time data acquisition of amplitude, lifting high, rotation and lifting weight for tower crane by the way of distributed control in CAN bus. And it has finished real-time status, and circulation records and query functions of the tower crane based on iFIX. The monitoring system has advantages of simple structure, and reliable operation, which can provide a safety monitoring control solution for city tower crane.
