旅客列车发车时间域优化研究

摘    要:在大量问卷调查的基础上,根据旅客对不同到发时间域选择的偏好,确定了各发车时间域旅客出行的方便系数。利用目标规划原理,以旅客出行方便程度最大为目标,构造了三级控制策略。在考虑客运站到发线能力,以及旅客列车必须在合理的时间域发车等约束条件下,建立旅客列车发车时间域的目标规划模型。利用该目标规划模型,可根据旅客列车实际运行的需要,通过变化控制策略和赋予各目标的优先因子,实现对列车发车时间域的优化。根据模型约束目标正负偏差变量,计算了各级控制策略实现程度系数。最后,以太原站始发旅客列车为实例,利用变换方案对该目标规划模型的运用进行了分析,并将目标规划优化结果和传统确定发车时间域的结果以及指派模型优化结果进行比较分析。

Abstract:According to the departure and arrival time intervals passengers favour in a great deal of questionnaire survey,the convenience coefficients of various departure time intervals are ascertained.Taking the maximum degree of passenger travel convenience as the objective function and considering some constraint conditions such as the carrying capacity of arrival and departure tracks and passenger trains must departure and arrive in rational time intervals,an objective programming model for optimizing the departure and arrival time intervals of passenger trains is constructed.In this model,the control policy and precedence factors of objectives can be adjusted on the basis of the actual demands of passenger train operation to realize optimization of the departure time domain.According to the positive and negative deviations of the obligatory objective,the realized degree coefficients are calculated for the different levels of control strategy.The passenger train originating from the Taiyuan station is taken as an example for analysis of application of the objective programming model and other conventional methods.The results of different methods are compared.
