燃料电池汽车正面碰撞安全性研究

摘    要:燃料电池汽车在结构上有别于传统汽车,其碰撞安全性尤应关注.文中重点对燃料电池汽车结构特点进行研究,建立燃料电池汽车正面碰撞有限元模型,运用LS-DYNA仿真确定车辆安全性能设计方案.同时根据燃料电池汽车的特点阐述了对其碰撞试验方法的思考.通过实车正面碰撞试验,验证了车辆结构改进设计的效果.

Abstract:Fuel cell vehicle(FCV)is different from traditional vehicle in structure,more attention should be paid on its crash safety.In this paper,the structural features of FCV are emphatically studied.A finite element model for the frontal crash of the FCV is created,and the design scheme of vehicle safety performance is determined through numerical simulation with LS-DYNA.In addition,based on the features of FCV,some thoughts on its crash test method are expounded.The frontal crash test on a real vehicle verifies ...
