COPD患者H反射潜伏期、传导速度、Ia类传导速度的测定

通过对22例正常人和91例慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者H反射潜伏期、近端传导速度、远端Ia类纤维传导速度及运动传导速度的测定,发现COPD组有明显异常。同时进行了动脉血气分析及肺功能测定,发现低氧血症越明显,肺功能越差,神经传导越慢,但二者之间并无明确相关性。并对COPD病人进行神经电生理检查的意义,COPD性神经病变发生原因进行了探讨。

THE MEASUREMENT AND SIGNIFICANCE OF H-REFLEX LATENCY,CONDUCTIVE VELOCITY AND Ia CONDUCTIVE VELOCITY IN PATIENTS OF CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE

H-reflex latency, proximal conduction velocity, distal la conduction velocity and motor conduction velocity were studied in 91 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and 22 normal people. The results showed that all the parameters of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease group were significantly abnormal. At the same time, We also measured the pulmonary functions and blood gases.The results found the lung functions and blood gases of the patients had significantly abnormal condition, nerve conduction of them also was very slow, but no correlation was found between any of the pulmonary functions or blood gases and any of the nerve conduction parameters studied. Significance of electro-physiological investigation and cause of neuropathy are also discussed.
