| 摘 要： | 我国高校后勤化管理改革是高校建设和发展的重要组成部分。高校后勤化改革的和目标以及改革的立足点和途径都是人们关注的议题。教学体制改革的深化，使高校的投资渠道、结构和资金分配方式逐步调整，高校后勤资金来源方式和额度发生了变化。改革的总体思路：通过社会化途径在高校建立有中国特色的教育服务产业。

| Abstract: | The reform of rear service administration system is an important part of the constrution of university. Its direction, goal, standpoint and ways to achieve the goal are the subjects about which people have concern. The reform of instructional system results in the gradual regulation of investment channels and structures and the distribution modes. General thoughts of this reform: establishing educational service industry with Chinese features by practicing rear service socialization. |
