超高压电线低空跨越下桥梁安装的安全技术

摘    要:研究目的:在500 kV超高压线路低空跨越公路大桥条件下桥梁架设施工的风险高、难度大,研究桥梁架设可靠的专项安全防护技术措施,以便保证作业人员、设备和高压电力设施的安全,让桥梁架设施工成功通过超高压线路下空。研究结论:对高压电线下空的公路大桥桥梁架设施工方案做出比选,并以采用架桥机架梁方案为基础,对500 kV超高压电线低空跨越下的架梁工况条件、高压感应电场的强度和电流进行计算与分析,对作业人员和设备的伤害状况做出了分析,提出了保证作业人员、设备和电力设施安全的防护技术措施。

Abstract:Research purposes: It is dangerous and difficult to erect the bridge under condition of the 500 kV high voltage transmission line crossing highway bridge in low altitude,so it is necessary to study the technical measures for safely erecting the bridge in order to ensure the safety of the operational person,device and high voltage power facilities and make the bridge construction successfully under-passing the high voltage line. Research conclusions:The selection of the plan for erecting bridges is made.The working condition and the strength and current of the high voltage induction field under condition of 500 kV power line crossing in low altitude are calculated and analyzed on the base of the plan for erecting the bridge with bridge girder erection machine.The harm situation of the operational person and equipments is analyzed.The protective technical measures for ensuring the safety of the person,equipments and power facilities are offered.
