UIC标准与国标关于维修基地对比研究

研究目的:随着我国高速铁路引进来再走出去的步伐逐渐加快,铁路工程设计单位在采用标准方面应与UIC标准(国际铁路联盟)接轨,设计人员应熟悉并研究UIC标准的相关内容、掌握UIC标准与国标在各专业内容之间的异同。养护维修基地是高铁安全运行和旅客乘坐舒适性的重要保障,因此要重点分析研究UIC标准和国标关于养护维修基地的关键内容及差异。研究结论:UIC标准和国标关于养护维修基地在设置类型级别、地点、规模和生产生活设施等方面均有异同。类型级别上两者相同,均为两级机构;设置地点两者有差异,国标规定设置在新线,UIC标准规定还可设在既有普速线路上;规模上两者占地面积相当,UIC设置的股道数量较大;生产生活设施上基本相同,铁路线路、加油设施和堆场的设置上略有不同。

Research on Comparison Between UIC Standards and China Standards on Maintenance Base

Research purposes: With accelerating the Chines pace of importing and exporting the high-speed railway gradually,sometimes the UIC(International Union of Railways) standards are used by the Chinese railway designers,so the designer should well research the contents of the UIC standards,especially know the differences between China standards and UIC standards.The maintenance base is very important for the safety of the high-speed railway and the comfortableness of passenger,therefore the more attention should be paid to the analysis and research on the key points and differences between China standards and UIC standards on the maintenance base. Research conclusions:There are differences between the China standards and the UIC standards in the location,scale and facilities of the maintenance base while the type grade is the same with the two level institutions.As regards the location of the maintenance base,the maintenance based should be located in the new railway line according to the stipulation of the China standard,but the maintenance base can be located in the new line or in the existing line according to the UIC standards.As regarding the maintenance base scale,there is a little difference between them except more tracks can be laid out according to the stipulation.The facilities are almost the same with a little differences in the facilities of the railway track,refuelling and the yard.
