勘察设计企业向国际型工程公司战略转型的思考

研究目的:在勘察设计行业,转型成为诸多企业的战略性选择,大型企业集团化发展、向国际型工程公司转型已成为一种趋势,但还面临着体制机制、服务功能、管理体系、人力资源等一系列问题,如何有效解决转型过程中的障碍已成为一个亟待研究和解决的课题。研究结论:本文从企业规模、发展模式、盈利模式等层面深入研究了勘察设计企业的发展特点,通过分析研究,认为国际化特质和工程公司功能是战略转型的关键。国内勘察设计企业应作为"走出去"的先锋,实施国际化经营战略,打造国际化公司特质;同时,必须推进业务模式由能力导向型向需求导向型转变,优化调整产品结构,打造工程公司功能。

Thoughts on Survey and Design Enterprises Change to International Engineering Companies

Research purposes: In the survey & design industries,transformation is a strategic choice,large enterprises change to international engineering companies has become the trend,but they also faced system mechanism,service function,management system,human resources and a series of problems,how to solve the obstacles has become an urgent study in the process of transformation. Research conclusions:This paper deeply analyzed the development characteristic of the survey & design enterprises from the enterprise scale,development mode and profit mode.Through the research,we thought the international trait and the function of lump-sum contracting have become the keys for the transformation to international engineering companies.Domestic survey and design enterprises should be the pioneer of going out,execute the strategy of international operation,and build the international trait.At the same time,we must promote business model change from the ability oriented to demand oriented,optimize the product structure,and cultivate the function of lump-sum contracting.
