粘阻尼弹簧阻尼器特性的试验研究

摘    要:介绍了粘阻尼弹簧阻尼器特性的试验研究.对阻尼器不同孔径进行了对比试验,试验结果表明:随着活塞孔径的增大,阻尼器的损耗因子和阻尼比减小,共振频率增加.阻尼器安装框架的固有频率尽可能高,以减少其对系统的影响.粘阻尼弹簧阻尼器性能的试验结果为提高减振性能提供了依据和验证.

Abstract:The experimental research on characteristics of visco-damping spring damper is introduced. The contrast experiments under different piston apertures are carried out for the damper. The experimental results show that the loss factor and damp ratio decrease, the resonance frequency increases with increase of the aperture of the piston in the damper. The frequency of installation frame should be as high as possible to reduce its influence on the system. The foundation and validation are provided by the experimental study of visco-damping spring damper for improving damper characteristics.
