铁路货车车轮伤损及踏面磨耗规律的研究

摘    要:针对提速货车环行线120km/h可靠性试验中车轮损伤和磨耗的统计数据,研究探索规律,分析车轮损伤与运用里程的关系,提出现有我国主型货车在运用一个段修期后,将有15%的车轮由于损伤需要旋轮或更换,将成为重载提速后车辆临修的主要故障之一;对于车轮磨耗,根据环行线不同轴重车辆35万km试验运行里程的车轮磨耗数据,计算出车轮踏面圆周平均磨耗率并推出车轮圆周磨耗量推算经验公式,并结合大秦线调研数据对我国今后将发展的新一代货车车轮圆周磨耗量进行计算预测。
