4气门柴油机进气及喷雾过程的大涡模拟研究

摘    要:对1台4气门柴油发动机气缸内进气过程及燃油喷雾过程采用大涡模拟方法进行了数值研究.在KIVA 3V中添加了大涡模拟程序.分别采用RANS和LES两种湍流方法对气缸内流场及燃油混合气形成过程进行了对比研究.研究表明,相比较RANS模型,利用大涡模拟可以得到非常复杂的三维湍流结构,还可以捕捉到不规则的小尺度涡团结构.

Abstract:The numerical study with large eddy simulation were investigated about the intake and spray process in diesel engine with four valve.In this paper,large eddy simulation(LES) model and evaporation model were added in the CFD code KIVA3V.The flow and fuel mixture process were studied using two turbulent model(LES model and RANS model) The results show that using LES model can obtain the very complex three-dimension flow structure,and capture the small eddy structure by compareing RANS model.
