| 摘 要： | 针对钢轨打磨列车分动箱传动轴内花键加工困难的难题，提出剖分一插齿一电子束焊接的加工方案。设计了剖分式结构，并研究电子束焊接工艺。采用优化工艺，成功焊接了传动轴。

| Abstract: | Considering the difficulty of machining female spline of transmission shaft in gear box of rail grinding machine,the programme of splitting-machining-electron beam welding is developed.Therefore,the splitting structure is designed and the technology of electron beam welding is studied.With the optimized technology,the transmission shaft is welded successfully. |
