摘    要:介绍了一种380km/h动车组抗侧滚扭杆系统的设计、计算和生产制作。试验表明该抗侧滚扭杆系统的结构、刚度、强度及制作工艺等完全满足青岛四方股份公司相关技术规范要求和该380km/h动车组车辆的运用要求。经过1000万次疲劳试验,该装置未发生任何问题。

Abstract:The design,calculation and production of an anti-roll bar system are introduces.The test results show that the structure,stiffness,strength and production process fully meet the requirements of related technical specifications and 380 km/h EMU's operation.Ten million times of fatigue test have verified the safe reliability of the system.
